Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
Entrepreneur.ing LLC operates entrepreneur.ing, johnmtorrens.com, podcast.johnmtorrens.com, adhdfoundr.com, vetfoundr.com, and futurefoundr.com. This policy explains what information we collect across those sites, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to all of them.
Information you give us
We collect information you enter into forms on our sites. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company or organization name and your role
- The content of messages, applications, and questionnaires you submit
- Professional biography, headshot, and social media handles, when you provide them as a podcast guest
We do not collect or store payment card details. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors, currently Stripe, which handle your card information under their own privacy terms. We receive only the transaction record, including your email address, name, and the amount paid.
Information collected automatically
Our sites use analytics to understand how visitors use them. This includes pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and time spent on pages. We use this in aggregate to improve the sites. We do not use it to identify individuals.
How we use your information
- To deliver products, guides, and resources you request or purchase
- To respond to inquiries, applications, and messages
- To send email sequences related to a resource you downloaded or purchased
- To send occasional updates about new content, offers, and services
- To schedule and prepare for calls, coaching sessions, and podcast recordings
- To operate, secure, and improve our sites
Email communications
When you submit a form or make a purchase, you may be added to an email sequence relevant to what you requested. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately. We may still send transactional messages, such as delivering a product you purchased or confirming a scheduled call.
Service providers we share data with
We use third-party services to operate our business. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function, and each maintains its own privacy policy:
- Keap, for customer relationship management and email delivery
- Zapier, for connecting our forms to our other systems
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Google, for spreadsheet storage and email
- Vercel, for website hosting, file storage, and analytics
- Calendly, for appointment scheduling
- Circle, for community hosting
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Podcast guest materials
If you appear as a guest on The Total Entrepreneur, materials you submit for that purpose, including your biography, headshot, social handles, and links, are intended for publication. We publish them in episode show notes, on our websites, and in promotional material for the episode.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know what information we hold and the right to request deletion.
To make any request, email john@entrepreneur.ing. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the time required by applicable law. Requesting deletion of information we need to provide a service you purchased may mean we can no longer provide that service.
Data retention
We keep contact and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described above.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our sites and services are intended for adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business and the applicable law change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
