Texting terms

Text messages from us: the SMS program terms of Entrepreneur.ing LLC. We text only people who ask for it. This page is the fine print, and there is not much of it.

How you opt in

One way: ticking the texting box when you book a call with us or save a seat for one of our live sessions. The box is never pre-ticked, and it sits under the mobile number with these terms and the privacy policy linked beside it.

Opting in is optional, and it is never a condition of buying anything from us. If you give us your number some other way - a form without the texting box ticked, a purchase, a podcast booking, a message to one of us - we do not text you; if you want texts, we send you the booking page and the box is there.

What we send

Messages about a call you booked with us: a confirmation, a reminder, a note if we are running late or need to move it. If you ticked the box when you saved a seat for one of our live sessions: a reminder before it and the link the moment it starts. Replies to what you send us. That is the whole list. We do not send marketing by text, and a number given for a call or a seat is never added to a marketing list.

How often

Message frequency varies - a few messages around each call or session, and a conversation you start goes on as long as you keep it going.

What it costs

Nothing from us. Msg & data rates may apply (your carrier’s).

Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message and texts from us end at once - you get a single confirmation that you are opted out, and nothing after it. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at john@entrepreneur.ing or +1 302 488 9858. Emails about things you booked or bought are separate and keep coming; those are yours.

Your number

Your mobile number, the texts we exchange, and a record of when and how you agreed are kept in our own system, so a STOP is honoured everywhere at once. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers

Texts travel over the mobile networks; carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
